The Northern Artist Association was established in 1970 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of art, art interest and art activities among the people of Bemidji and the surrounding area.
Welcome to Northern Artist Association (NAA)
Join us "EVERY MONDAY" (except for holidays) from 10 am to 2 pm. at the Bemidji Eagles Club, 1270 Neilson Avenue SE, Bemidji, MN,
Artists gather to create artwork of all kinds, whether it is painting with watercolor, acrylic, oil, or digital art, sketching or crafts.We welcome beginners, intermediate, advanced and renowned artists. We learn from each other. You will need to bring your own supplies.
*Note: The "THIRD MONDAY" of every month, from 10-10:30 am,
we will begin with a Board Meeting, followed by artwork of your choice.

The NORTHERN ARTIST ASSOCIATION would like to invite you to a free “BUILDING A COMMUNITY” art presentation will be held at the Eagles Club, 1270 Nielsen Ave SE, Bemidji, MN.This event is hosted by the Northern Artist Association, (NAA), a local non-profit. The free presentation, given by local artist, Joan Dreyer and will cover how to be creative with hand stitching.
“This presentation is made possible by the voters of Minnesota, through an Artists Engage Community Grant from the Region 2 Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.”
